solid stay near transit
easy commute great location convenient commute short wait
the hotel is right beside the metro. a 7-eleven is also nearby. the breakfast included nice option. the location made the commute convenient.
it took a little long for towels to arrive. i had to call a few times for them. this happened on my last day.

breakfast includes a small range of dishes. a starbucks is on-site. the menu had excellent choices. there were plenty of breakfasts.

the gym had a good set of dumbbells. it also had kettlebells. a multi-station cable machine was available. i saw several cardio machines.

broken elevator non-functional remote
The elevators were a disaster! only one of three was working. it took forever just to get to the second-floor reception. our room's tv remote didn't even function. It just needed batteries, but nobody bothered to check it. it's frustrating when such simple things are overlooked.

unprepared room loud air conditioning
The hotel staff were generally helpful
The room I booked, a King Room Sofa Bed, was not properly prepared upon arrival I had to request that the sofa bed be made up with linens I found this inconvenient after a long day of travel The air conditioning unit in the room was also quite loud It made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night
